How It Works

Step 1 - Choose Your Event Type

We also offer a variety of options including breakfasts, brunches, luncheons, evening meals, or even ice cream sundae waffles. The possibilities are limitless!

Step 2 - Get A Custom Quote

Contact us to receive a personalized per-plate quote for your fundraiser event. We utilize multiple irons in our standard setup, enabling us to serve 225 to 250 people per hour. Additional irons are available for larger groups to ensure everyone is served promptly.

Step 3 - Advertise Your Event

Your group promotes the event, advertises, sells tickets, and talks to everyone about it. Visit our Promotional Materials page for customizable poster and ticket templates that will help you create eye-catching advertisements. Don't forget to check out our Tips for Success for ideas on promoting your event effectively.

Step 4 - Set-Up the Event

Our dedicated team arrives at your selected venue, guiding your volunteers through setup instructions and seamlessly transitioning into serving. Within just over an hour, enjoy sausages and giant Belgian waffles topped with butter, whipped cream, a variety of syrups, and delicious toppings.

Step 5 - Indulge & Enjoy

Delight in the flavors and festive atmosphere created by Dad's Belgian Waffles. From the first bite to the last, our team ensures your event is filled with delicious moments and satisfied smiles.

Step 6 - Clean-Up

Following the event, your volunteers help load equipment back into our van. They also take charge of cleaning the event space, ensuring it remains tidy and prepared for future use.
